So I found this ah-mazing editorial with Natalia Vod in it a while ago it’s from an old issue of Vogue. 2003 I think.
Working with flamingos would be interesting.
I’m off to English class now, but I thought I’d share this before I go, Although it’s not the full editorial which is beyond fantastic these are definitely my favorites.
Since we were on the Tokidoki topic not too long ago I figured that I’d show you my Tokidoki bag.
It’s a great bag, one of my favorites! However, I’ve gotten the zipper’s stuck countless times, but it seems to get unstuck if I fidget with it for a while.
I wish I had more to share, but unfortunately kids I don’t.
I was trashing some old files a while ago when I ran into this old folder that I’d saved the Yves Saint Laurent Fall show for 2008 in.
I loved the black lipstick and how most of the show was neutrals with 4 or 5 pieces that were bold color. I chose the most prominent color sets in the show. The bottom right shot in the 1st chunk, has to be my favorite look. Black stockings, the gorgeous structure of that dress? Perfection!
Hope everyone had a great day!
Well It was my birthday yesterday, and I received a really nice silver charm bracelet from my mom and so we’ve been looking at charms!
I decided that I only wanted one other charm on this bracelet along with my silver engraved heart and that one other had to be juicy! SO I’ve narrowed it down to 8. But I think iI’ve determined that I’m going to buy a thin gold chain and put the sail boat charm on it as a necklace. Two charms that I’m really considering are the orange slice and the ice cream bowl.
I’m always thinking about food…But the daisies and the carousel horse are pretty cute too. So what do you think?
We’re going out to dinner tomorrow and I’ve been in the mood for sushi for the last… I don’t know how long.
Well kids, it turns out I’m a lier.
My most recent obsession has been coffee of all things. I’ve hated coffee as long as I can remember. Until now. I just knocked back a big Raspberry mocha from starbucks.
But it’s not just an addiction to foofy drinks like cinnamon dolce lates and mochas, I also discovered that I like straight black coffee.
Who’d a thunk it.
Next on my list to try…Starbucks ice cream…
Caramel Macchiato? Count me in!
I’ll be sure to get some outfit posts up soon, promise.
It means “so sorry” in Italian.
It’s been way to long kids, and for the last month I’ve felt like a part of me has been missing. With all of the stress, computer/internet failure, swine flu scare and all around laziness there hasn’t been much quality time between me and my blog. Midterms are over and so is school [almost] but I’m here to stay now, I promise.
I found this old Gemma Ward editorial from an old Italian Vogue the other day:
Crazy right? That bottom left picture, oh my god!
If I could I would definitely lounge around in gowns like this…but instead I’ve been in flannel short shorts and oversized Bucky the badger shirts all weekend drinking raspberry mochas [via Starbucks]; Exciting, I know.
In my downtime I’ve also been shopping a little, scored some awesome Lacoste booties that remind me a lot of DKNY’s semi-recent “sneaker heels” that hit the spring runway shows not to long ago. As well as a couple of other goodies that have yet to debut themselves on the blog but will make their way on eventually. Until next time wash your hands, get some vitamin water and Happy Mothers Day everyone.
P.S. for those who don’t know him, I give you Bucky the Badger.
…What a great mascot….
